Payment information

On receipt of your registration, we will send you an invoice which can be paid by bank transfer (details will be on the invoice). ERA cannot accept credit cards but if a bank transfer cannot be arranged, payment via PayPal will be accepted on request. In all cases, pre-payment is required.

No refunds will be given after Thursday, 1 September 2022. After this date, the registration fee is transferable but not refundable. Please note: In the event of “no-show”, “late cancellation” or “early departure” the participant is in all cases obligated to pay the full reservation value to the hotel.

Registration fee for ERA members EUR 659,00 per person / for non-members EUR 959,00 per person. Included: coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, get-together, buses and boat transport. Overnight hotel costs are not included.

I acknowledge that the Management Meeting is by special invitation only.

With my registration for this conference, I permit ERA to publish photos of myself, taken at this conference, on their webpage, the ERA Gravure News and the ERA social media channels. I also permit ERA to forward photos of myself to third parties from the international trade press.
